Rails, tracks and roofs that do their job
Bent tracks, seized rollers and leaking roofs make curtains hard to run and wear them out early. We straighten, repair or replace rails, tracks and roof sections.
Most rail damage comes from forklift contact and loading knocks. We assess it on site and tell you straight whether straightening will hold or a new section is the better fix.

What we repair
Rails and tracks
Straightened where they’ll hold, replaced where they won’t.
Rollers and runners
Replaced so the curtain slides the full length without a fight.
Roof leaks
Found and sealed, with extra attention to joints and edges.
Roof panels
Partial or full replacement in aluminium or fibreglass (Kelmite).
New tautliner roofs
We supply and fit new roofs, on site or at the workshop. Aluminium is light and corrosion-resistant; fibreglass (Kelmite) is translucent, so it lets daylight into the trailer.
